A study out of Michigan State has been following bathroom etiquette, and here are the dirty details:
Just 5% of restroom users properly wash their hands.
After observing more than 3,000 people in the sink area of public restrooms, a study found 1 in 10 left without washing at all.
Of those who did wash, 20% didn't use the soap.
Men were worse than women.
The CDC data shows that more than half of all food-borne illnesses are directly related to dirty hands.
