Lane to be Closed on 4th St.

Marsha Sharp freeway construction could cause a delay this week. The center turn lane and a west-bound lane on 4th St. between Detroit and Elgin are partially closed.

Crews will be working on water and sewer lines in the area. The work's expected to take a week to finish.
