Construction Delays on 4th Street

Traffic flow in Lubbock on Monday might be light because of the holiday, but on Tuesday it will be back to normal. That also means that road crews will be back at work and construction may delay your commute.

On 4th Street, between Detroit and Elgin, workers will close the center turn lane and a west bound lane. Crews will be working on water and sewer lines in the area.

The work is part of the Marsha Sharp Freeway and is expected to take a week to finish.
