LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Friends and family of the two Lubbock teens killed over the weekend are holding a candlelight vigil and fundraiser on Friday to help pay for their funerals.

17-year-old Alex Bridges and 19-year-old Kayla Lewis were found shot to death Sunday morning at a mobile home in the 1800 block of 114th Street.

Sheriff's deputies believe the suspected shooter, Marc Reyes, drove to his mother's house afterwards and took his own life.

The vigil lasts until 8 p.m. Friday at the Richard Milburn Academy on 50th Street near University Avenue.

The families say donations are greatly appreciated.
