Brisa Brown

Brisa Brown, salutatorian and honor graduate of Whiteface High School, is the daughter of Bill and Staci Brown of Whiteface.

She plans to attend Texas Tech University, majoring in Psychology, Medicine, or Education.

Her favorite subjects were World Geography and History, U.S. History, and Anatomy and Physiology.

Brisa participated in Cross Country, Track Band (Drum Major), Student Council (representative, VP, Treasurer), National Honor Society (reporter/Historian, VP), Science National Honor Society (secretary), FCCLA (VP, President), basketball co-captain, FCA, TMSCA, E cybermission, and UIL.

Some of Brisa's honors were: National Merit Scholar (commended), WHS Award, US Army Scholar Athlete, UIL Scholar, Presidential Academic Award , Science and FCS awards, Basketball Defensive player of the year, Gift of Life graduate, Texas ACT council, Basketball Academic All-district, UIL state qualifier, Microsoft Office Specialist, and classroom excellence in U. S. History, Pre-cal, Band, BCIS, Algebra I & II, Geography, A & P, Spanish II & III, pre- AP English I and II, economics.
