Lubbock Volunteers Needed To Help At 9-11 Tribute

This weekend, Kastman Park will be the site of "An American Tribute" sponsored by American State Bank. Last year, more than 3,000 American flags flew at the park. This Friday, a candlelight ceremony starts at sunset at Kastman.

Volunteers are needed for Friday night, Sunday afternoon and Monday night to help with the sale of flags and t-shirts. If you'd like to volunteer call (806) 470-4911.

  • Sunday Noon-5pm
  • Monday 5pm-8:15pm
