LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

A man has been charged with indecency to a child after an incident at a Lubbock pool Wednesday.

On July 3 at 4:02 p.m., police were called to the Sun and Fun Pool at 6204 Elgin where four juvenile boys reported a man exposed himself to them.

Police said 22-year-old Bradley Cotnoir was in the pool locker room when the boys came in to change. They said Bradley exposed his genitals to the boys, whose ages range from 6-8.

When police arrived on the scene, Cotnoir confessed to the indecency. Further investigation reveled Bradley was also in possession of child pornography.

Bradley was arrested and booked into the City of Lubbock Holding Facility.
