The Lubbock City Council will meet Thursday evening to address several important agenda items.
They are holding a public hearing on annexing 80 acres of land just north of FM 1585 and east of Flint Avenue.
Thursday's meeting will be the first of two public hearings on the city's juvenile curfew proposal.
The council will also hear the first report from the Oil and Gas Committee.
The city council meeting starts at 6:15 p.m. Thursday, at City Hall.
