Our first top performer is a brand new Lubbock restaurant. The Lunch Box at 1620 Avenue Q just opened on September 1st and had zero critical violations during their first inspection. Co-owner Tracy Barden says the goal is fast, home cookin'. "Homemade recipes. It may be a little cliche but our food is from the heart."
Our next stop, is Taco Villa at 5139 80th. Manager, Chris Arellano says, "We pride ourselves on a safe environment for our customers and the way we start is by hiring the right people."
