Race for a Cure Set for October 2nd

The fight against breast cancer begins at the starting line, and you're encouraged to join that Race for a Cure. The Komen Foundation held its annual kick-off rally on Thursday at Plains Capital Bank.

All Capital Bank locations will be selling pink ribbon lapel pins for a $1 donation to the cause. The race is set for October 2nd, so you have until September 17th, a week from this Friday, to sign up your team.
