Embassy Suites Opens in Lubbock

A new up-scale hotel is opening in Lubbock.

Embassy Suites has moved into the former Barcelona Court building at 5215 Slide Road. Thursday night the public was offered a chance to see inside the hotel for the first time. Embassy is a member of the Hilton family of hotels and this one houses nearly 200 suites. It is expected open its doors in a few weeks.
