Source: Seminole Police Dept.A woman has been indicted for murder after a deadly accident in Seminole. It happened August 28th when police say Eloisa Quintanilla ran a stop sign and hit a truck in downtown Seminole. 10-year-old Rachel Lindsey, and her siblings 6-year-old Madelyn, and 1-month-old Yates were killed. Their parents, Dirk and Tara, were injured.
Quintanilla has been indicted on three counts of murder, one count injury to a child, one count intoxication manslaughter and two counts intoxication assault.
