LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Jessica Traylor, 17, has been indicted on one count of intoxication manslaughter in connection with the wreck that killed 47-year-old Liandro Garcia on April 29 and four counts of intoxication assault with a motor vehicle for others who were injured in the wreck.

Traylor was arrested for intoxication manslaughter immediately after the wreck at Quaker and 19th Street.

She is also facing two related lawsuits.

Storm Murry and Jane Aland, who both suffered severe injuries during the accident, filed a $1 million dollar lawsuit accusing Traylor of negligence on May 10.

Liandro's widow, Alicia Garcia, has filed a $15 million lawsuit against Traylor, her father and against the owners of the apartment complex where she allegedly consumed alcohol.

The wrongful death lawsuit filed by Garcia family attorney Davis Smith on May 14 also contains accusations of negligence against Jessica Traylor and her father, George, and goes on to accuse the owners of The Ranch Apartments of negligence as well, for allowing alcohol to be served to a minor on their property.
