LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Ebedmelech Lemuel Henry, 36, has been charged with murder in the Wednesday morning shooting death of Timothy Lamount James.

Police responded to a report of shots fired at the Mission Apartments in the 1900 block of Kewanee just before 5 a.m. They found Timothy Lamount James, 36, dead from multiple gunshot wounds.

Police identified Henry as the shooter and took him into custody around 4 p.m.

Police say the shooting was part of a domestic disagreement.
