Why skipping breakfast could lead to heart attacks

A new major study of nearly 27,000 middle aged and older men finds those who skip breakfast had a 27% greater risk of heart attack or death from coronary heart disease, and this was a reputable source.

A Harvard study printed this in the journal ‘Circulation.' But, don't panic that if you skip breakfast tomorrow, you may die.

Here's the rest of the story. It turned out to be more of a personality profile. The study found the men who skipped breakfast were also more likely to smoke, drink more, and were also less active.

So, the study simply suggests that by starting your day with a healthy meal in the morning that could lead to more energy in the day and better habits overall.
