TTU Quarterback S.A.C.K. program to raise money for sick kids

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

The 12th Annual Quarterback S.A.C.K. kicked off Wednesday.

The S.A.C.K. event, which stands for Support And Comfort Kids will partner Ronald McDonald House Charities with the Texas Tech Football Team.

Players and members of the coaching staff were at UMC to help kick off the campaign.

Sponsors pledge to donate money to the Ronald McDonald House for each sack the Texas Tech defensive makes during football season.

Funds raised go directly to Lubbock-area children and families at the Ronald McDonald House.
