Former Muleshoe teacher indicted for improper educator, student relationship

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

On Wednesday, a Bailey County grand jury indicted 25-year-old Morgan Shea Marricle for Improper Relationship Between Educator and Student, a second-degree felony.

The indictment states that on or before April 20, Marricle intentionally or knowingly engaged in sexual contact with a student at Muleshoe High School.

Marricle was a teacher at Muleshoe High School at the time. She has since resigned her position as an educator with the district.

Marricle says she is innocent of these allegations.
