If you are an Xcel Energy customer, you may be experiencing problems with your monthly bill.
NewsChannel 11 has learned that Xcel is working to repair glitches in a computer system that was installed Memorial Day weekend. Since that time, some customers have seen billing problems, such as not receiving a bill at all or receiving a bill that includes service for several months instead of just one.
Xcel apologizes for the inconvenience and urges customers to call if you've experienced any problems with your bill. Those with residential service need to call 1-800-895-4999. For business service, the number is 1-800-481-4700.
