SEMINOLE, TX (KCBD) -

A narcotics arrest in Seminole helped police solve another crime on Wednesday.

Earlier in the day, Seminole police received a call about a suspicious person asleep in a truck.

When they arrived, the officers found three people asleep in the truck.

Police say the three were in possession of synthetic marijuana, dangerous drugs and stolen property. The stolen property located in the truck was connected to a home burglary reported on Tuesday.

Police have identified the three suspects as 32-year-old Shelly Ann Kelly, 35-year-old Matthew Davila and 18-year-old Justin Walker Smethers.

All three were behind bars as of Wednesday night.
