That stomach bug we told you about earlier this summer, which comes from contaminated salad in the Midwest has grown to include nearly 600 people in 20 states.
The bug, cyclospora, has left 1/3 of the patients hospitalized. But there have been no deaths, so far.
Health officials in Iowa and Nebraska have traced the cases to the salad supplier, Taylor Farms of Mexico, which has since stopped shipments to the US.
So, health officials say it is still safe, and recommended, to eat fresh fruit and vegetables.
