Suspect headed to trial for July shooting death of Timothy Lamont James

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

The man accused of shooting and killing 36-year-old Timothy Lamont James was indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday.

It happened back in July at the Mission Apartments at 19th and Kewanee.

Investigators say James was shot when he tried to stop a fight between Henry and his ex-girlfriend.
