A former candidate for Lubbock Mayor continues his fight to sell package liquor in city limits.
Monday, Roger Settler started a second petition to legalize package liquor sales in Lubbock County Precincts Three and Four. Settler has until November 16th to collect more than seven-thousand valid signatures from voters in those precincts. If that happens, an election will be called.
Settler's first attempt failed because he didn't collect enough signatures.
