Before the teams kick off on the field, the party kicks off on the pavement as Texas Tech takes on SMU this weekend in Dallas.
The TTU Alumni Association is hosting a pregame party three hours before kickoff in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn Dallas Central - Park Cities. The hotel is located at 3070 N. Central Expressway. For more information click here.
There are also several other fun locations to visit in the Metroplex. The George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum is right on the campus of SMU. The facility opened this Spring and is open Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. Tickets are $16 for adults and $14 and under for youth. In Arlington, Six Flags over Texas offers up rides, shows and attractions. Tickets are $45 apiece. The park is closed this Friday, but is open Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The park is located at 2201 Road to Six Flags St. E in Arlington.
