Hockley County deputy over BAC limit after crash

HOCKLEY COUNTY, TX (KCBD) -

Toxicology results are in for the Hockley County reserve deputy who admitted to drinking alcohol before crashing a county vehicle earlier this month.

Troopers say Deputy Tracy Rogers was driving north of College Station, Texas when he crashed into a guardrail.

They say he was on his way to pick up an inmate in Huntsville when he lost control and the vehicle rolled.

Troopers say Rogers' blood alcohol content was more than double the legal limit.

Authorities say they will seek an arrest warrant for driving while intoxicated.

Though the full scope of the investigation is not clear, the information requests make evident at least some of the areas that Mueller and his team of prosecutors intend to look into and also reveal a strong interest in certain of Trump's actions as president.
