Suspicious package cleared at Lubbock National Bank

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

A Lubbock National Bank employee discovered a suspicious package while making a routine checkup of the property around 6:30 a.m. Monday morning.

Police were called to the scene.

The package was a duffle bag containing clothing items.  

The incident occurred at the Lubbock National Bank branch located at 50th and Utica. 

Police have given the all clear to the bank and it has reopened to the public.
