Water, Sewer Rates to Increase For Lubbock Homeowners - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

Water and sewer rates are going up for Lubbock homeowners.

This Friday, water rates will increase 3%, while sewer rates will go up 5%, with another possible increase to come soon. A number of major projects are under consideration that could require an additional rate increase in the next couple of months.

The city will review those projects and consider the need for another increase.
