A man accused of setting a central Lubbock business on fire is now behind bars.

Authorities booked 31-year-old Termyrick McDowell into the Lubbock County Detention Center on Wednesday. He has been charged with the August arson at Ultimate Sounds Car Audio on 34th Street. Bond is set at $100,000.

Investigators say they found various items of evidence at the scene, including a receipt for a gas can and matches that were traced to a purchase at a local Wal-Mart.

Police say the arrest was the result of tips received after they released surveillance photos of the suspect last month.

A grand jury indicted McDowell for arson on Oct. 15.
