On Monday, Jeena Roberts will learn if her bail-jumping trial will be moved out of Lubbock.
Roberts received a 15-year sentence for intoxication manslaughter after pleading guilty to the 2010 death of Linda Smaltz, but, but did not show up to start her sentence when she was supposed to.
So now she's headed to trial for bail jumping and her attorney claims Roberts cannot get a fair trial in Lubbock due to extensive media coverage.
If the trial is not moved, jury selection is scheduled to begin in May.
