LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

Lubbock police are investigating an early morning accident that tied up traffic in West Lubbock early Friday morning.

The accident happened about 6:15 a.m. at Highway 179 and FM 2255, near Cagle's Restaurant. The driver of a Dodge pickup truck lost control, slammed into a utility pole, and then hit a railroad crossing, before rolling his car at least once.
