The Frenship ISD school board is calling for a multi-million dollar bond election. Members approved calling for an $85.2 million dollar bond in May of next year.
Members say most of the money would go toward campus construction and renovation, with a ninth grade center and eighth elementary campus as the two main projects.
The district says student population continues to grow, and the new buildings are needed to keep up with enrollment.
