Driver from Roby, TX killed in rollover on CR 2800

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

A driver from Roby, TX was killed overnight when his truck went into a side skid and left the roadway.

DPS troopers say Abel Pete Flores, 24, died around 1 a.m. Saturday morning when his 2007 Ford F-150 went off the road, struck a utility poll, and rolled over onto its top.

Officials say Flores was not wearing a seatbelt.
