Health Department offering vaccination clinics

The City of Lubbock Health Department will hold vaccination clinics for both adults and children at the following locations during the week of October 28, 2013:

  • 10/28/2013 Godeke Library 6707 Slide Rd. 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
  • 10/30 /2013 Health Department 806 18th St. 8:30 a.m. – Noon

Vaccines will be available for ages 2 months through adulthood. Adult vaccine prices vary. The cost for children's vaccines (age 2 months -18 years) is $15.00 for one dose of vaccine, or $20.00 for two or more. Influenza vaccine is now available.

All children must meet Texas Department of State Health Services' guidelines to receive state supplied vaccines.

Anyone with questions may contact the City of Lubbock Health Department Immunization clinic at 775-3090.
