The football field in Spur had a special feature Friday night. Christopher Barron started painting the hash marks on the field pink earlier this month.
The community really liked it, so the school gave him the go ahead to outline the numbers, too.
The markings have a special meaning for Barron.
He lost his sister to breast cancer, and also discovered a lump on himself.
That lump was not cancerous, but Barron says it serves as a reminder that men can also be diagnosed with breast cancer.
