Here's another reason to start your day with a morning cup of joe.
A Japanese study of 27 healthy adults found one cup of caffeinated coffee increased blood flow in the finger -- which they say is an accurate gauge of how your blood circulates.
We're not talking about a lot of coffee, just one small cup, or 5 ounces in the morning, increased blood flow by 30%.
This is compared to drinking the same amount of decaf.
The theory is the caffeine may help open up blood vessels and reduce inflammation.
