Soy - It's Good For The Bones

New evidence that eating soy could be good for a woman's heart and bones even before menopause.

The study at Wake Forest University studied monkeys on a high soy diet and found their cholesterol levels improved significantly, compared to monkeys who didn't have soy. The researchers suggest women start pulling soy into their diets even before menopause to see the greatest benefits.
