Lubbock man pleads guilty to making child pornography

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

A Lubbock man is pleading guilty to charges of making child pornography. Nicholas Blair, 31, entered into a plea agreement Monday in federal court.

He's now facing between 15 and 30 years in prison and a fine up to $250,000 dollars.

According to court records, Blair used his cell phone to take inappropriate videos of an underaged girl.

Blair is also facing state charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child.

A Lubbock County Grand Jury indicted him on two counts last month.

Blair remains behind bars at the Lubbock County Jail on Tuesday.
