Former track coach indicted, charged with taking improper video of student

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

A Lubbock County Grand Jury has determined there is enough evidence to send a former high school coach to trial on charges of taking improper video of a student.

William Gallagher used to coach track at Monterey High School.

He is accused of taking video of a student as he gave her a massage in a locker room.

Gallagher has resigned from the district and remains free on bond.
