According to the Longview Police Department, police, along with the County Organized Drug Enforcement Unit, served a search warrant at Autumnwood Apartments Tuesday.

Officers found contraband inside of an apartment at the complex.

The apartment is currently rented to a longtime officer with the Longview Police Department. The officer has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an investigation.

Donald Glynn Spencer, 27, was arrested at the scene for possession of marijuana when the search warrant was served. Longview PD confirms that Spencer is not an officer.

KLTV reached out to Longview PD who offered no further information but said the investigation is ongoing.
