A Lubbock teenager will stand trial for manslaughter. Tuesday, a Lubbock Grand Jury indicted 18-year-old Alexander Baquera. Baquera is accused of getting into a fight with 16-year-old Chris Barnes in the Tinseltown parking lot, last month. Baquera reportedly punched Barnes once in the side of the head. Barnes fell in an out of consciousness and died just hours after the fight.
The same grand jury indicted 20-year-old Ramsey Linker for aggravated sexual assault. Linker was already registered sex offender when Lubbock Police arrested him back in June. This time, he's accused of sexual involvement with a 13-year-old girl he met through a phone dating service.
Martin Hernandez was also indicted by the Lubbock Grand Jury on one count of aggravated robbery. Hernandez is accused of robbing the Family Dollar store in the 5200 Block of Avenue Q, last month.
