Texas Tech and Arizona State announce future football series

Provided by Texas Tech Athletics

Texas Tech's match-up against Arizona State on Monday night in the National University Holiday Bowl will be a prelude to a two game home-and-home series announced by both schools earlier today.

The Red Raiders and Sun Devils will play on Sept. 10, 2016 at Sun Devil Stadium/Frank Kush Field in Tempe and then at Jones AT&T Stadium in Lubbock on Sept. 16, 2017.

"We are excited to once again bring this level of non-conference opponent to our campus and community, following the Arkansas series," said Kirby Hocutt, Director of Athletics. "We have a tremendously supportive and passionate fan base in Lubbock and West Texas that will really enjoy this game."

Texas Tech is working to strengthen its non-conference schedule and has recently announced a home-and-home series with Arkansas and Houston.
