One person was killed and another was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Lamb County on Wednesday.
The crash happened at 12:18 p.m.
Police say 37-year-old Jorge Rojas of Sudan was traveling westbound on County Road 212 when he failed to yield to the right of way at an open intersection at County Road 155 and struck 75-year-old Henry Freeman of Littlefield, who was traveling southbound on County Road 155.
Freeman was ejected from his vehicle as it rolled on its side and Rojas' vehicle came to rest west of the intersection.
Freeman and Rojas were both transported to the Lamb Health Care Center Hospital in Littlefield.
Freeman was pronounced dead at 1:26 p.m.
Rojas had minor injuries.
The crash is still under investigation and charges are pending.
