Sexual Misconduct Charges Against Plainview Doctor Dropped

Sexual misconduct charges against a Plainview pediatrician have been dropped.

Last year, Dr. Stephen Turner was accused of having a sexual relationship with two minors, now ages 17 and 21.

Those charges were dropped after Dr. Turner's accusers decided not to prosecute.
