Hit and Run Near Clovis Road - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

First Responders were sent to the scene of a hit and run on Clovis Road and West Loop 289 on Saturday night. Police say a red Dodge Spirit hit a Pontiac from behind at around 9:00.

The driver of the Dodge fled the scene. Police then caught the 18 year-old male at the Berle Hoffman Softball Complex.

A four year-old boy in the Pontiac was transported to UMC with critical injuries. He was not breathing when EMS first responded.

The mother and another woman were also taken to UMC for evaluation.
