Judge Orders 16-Year-Old Accused Of Arsonist To Juvenile Detention Center - KCBD NewsChannel 11 Lubbock

A Hale County Judge has decided to keep a 16-year-old, accused of Arson in a juvenile detention center.

The 16-year-old, along with four other teens, is accused of setting two Abernathy schools on fire three weeks ago. Last week, a Hale County Grand Jury indicted 19-year-olds Juan Cruz Dominquez and Jose Luis Hernandez and 18-year-old James Robert Hernandez of Arson, Burglary to a Building and Criminal Mischief.

18-year-old Eric Sepeda was also indicted on those charges.
