Lubbock Police have identified and arrested a suspect accused of holding up a local convenience store.

Police responded to a robbery at the Rip Griffin at 4257 34th Street just before 9 p.m. Monday night.

Police say the suspect entered the store, selected some items, walked to the register and demanded cash from the cashier while claiming to have a gun in his pocket.
