LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD) -

A Lubbock Grand Jury returned indictments in several cases on Tuesday, Jan. 21.

Enough evidence was gathered to send 43-year-old Shelly Blair to trial. Blair is charged with aggravated assault against a public servant. Police say she hit Lubbock Police Officer, Michael Matsik, during a car chase near 52nd and Utica on Jan.10. Matsik was hospitalized for several days, but has since been released. A second suspect, William Hill, remains in jail and is also being charged with assault on a public servant.

Jeremy Holland also appeared before the jury. Holland is charged with robbing the 7-11 at 34th and University on November 22. He was arrested by SWAT officers on Jan. 9. Holland remains in jail on a $250,000 bond.
