If you are not there when Atmos Energy service technicians come by, please call the Customer Contact Center at (888)286-6700 to schedule an appointment to restore your service. We will also leave a door tag explaining how to contact us. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.

If you smell natural gas, leave the area immediately and call 911 from a safe distance. Do not turn on or off any light switches or even operate a cell phone until the area is deemed safe.
