TTU Math Department Receives Endowment

It didn't take much computing for Texas Tech's Math Department to realize the help a new endowment will bring.

On Friday, the department announced the creation of the $500,000 E.R. and Martha Brooks Endowed Professorship. The professorship is the department's first and will allow it to attract a nationally recognized scholars who will help contribute to the department's research plans.
