Sheriff's Office searching for suspect after armed robbery

The Lubbock County Sheriff's Office is looking for the person responsible for robbing a Lubbock business at gunpoint just after 4 p.m. Saturday afternoon.

Officials tell us a masked gunman came into Rick's Cabaret and robbed the manager as he was preparing to open for the evening.

The gunman made it out with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Officials say the manager is unharmed. Deputies are working to get surveillance video of the suspect.

The gunman was wearing a hoodie with gloves and a mask. He is described as a male about 6 feet tall with a large build. He has dark eyes and thick eyebrows.
