Source: Lubbock Co. Sheriff A Lubbock jury will begin listening to testimony in a murder trial Tuesday morning.
Sylvester Garcia is charged with the murder of Frank Ramirez. A witness identified Sylvester Garcia as the man who shot Ramirez in front of his home in the 1300 Block of Itasca, last September.
Two other men are also charged with Ramirez's murder. Both Antonio Coronado and Timothy Garcia are still awaiting trial. Ramirez shot and injured Coronado as he fled the scene while Timothy Garcia is thought to have driven the getaway car.
